Fate/stay night: TV Reproduction Blu-Ray OVA Specials

To mark the theatrical release of Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works in January, Type-Moon's Fate/stay night television series will be recompiled into two special edition DVD/Blu-ray Disc volumes. Fate/stay night TV reproduction I and II will each re-edit and re-shoot the contents of 12 television episodes. Both volumes will ship on January 22.
New songs are being produced for the TV reproduction volumes' opening and ending sequences, and new opening animation footage is also being included in them. Sachi Tainaka will re-record her "disillusion" opening theme song from the television series with reworked arrangement and vocals. The TV reproduction I volume will feature a new song by "Jukai [Jyukai] feat. Sachi Tainaka" as its ending theme, while TV reproduction II will use a new Tainaka song as its ending theme.

Following the events of the first Ghost in the Shell movie, Major Motoko Kusanagi has since left her physical body and is now a "ghost" living in the network. This leaves Batou as the top officer at Section 9, the special task force assigned to matters of human/machine relations. Batou's latest assignment is to investigate the recent string of suicide-murders perpetrated by a certain brand of "gynoids," androids designed to look like women. Together with officer Togusa (one of the last few people who hasn't had his body fitted with cybernetic parts), Batou tracks down the cause of the wayward gynoids—all the while pondering and discussing the hazy realms where machines become dangerously close to human, and humans become dangerously close to machines.

Samurai Rebellion (1967)

During peace in 1725, aging swordsman Isaburo is living a henpecked life when his clan lord requests that Isaburo's son marry the lord's mistress, with whom he's displeased, even though she's born him a son. Isaburo wants to refuse, but his son Yogoro accepts the woman, Ichi, and they fall deeply in love. Their love renews Isaburo, so when the clan lord's elder son dies and the lord sends for Ichi to return to his side as mother of his heir, Isaburo opposes his lord. Yogoro and Ichi, who now have a baby daughter, stand with him. The clan orders their suicide, then sends soldiers to kill them. Isaburo's only hope is to take his case to Edo to expose the clan's cruelty. Can he?
